The Joey Post is a monthly mail subscription inspired by the Australian bush. Each delivery is thoughtfully designed to arrive by post.

The Joey Post is made for curious children, adults who love illustrated paper goods and small rituals, families looking for something thoughtful to arrive by post, and anyone drawn to Australia’s animals, landscapes, and changing seasons.

The Joey Post runs on a monthly billing cycle.

Each month’s billing period runs from the 16th to the 15th.

For example, orders placed between January 16 and February 15 (11:59pm) receive the February letter. Orders placed from February 16 onwards receive the March letter.

Letters are posted on or around the 20th of each month.

Relative to the billing period above, letters are posted on or around the 20th of each month. Please keep in mind these are sent stamped and untracked to keep the subscriptions affordable.

You can manage your subscription through your account.

From there, you can update your address, pause or cancel your subscription, and manage payment details.

This is the fastest way to make changes, without needing to email.

The Joey Post ships worldwide from Australia. Shipping is free and included in the monthly subscription price.

All letters are sent via untracked snail mail to keep the subscription affordable.

• United States, UK, Europe: 10–25 business days
• Rest of the world: delivery times may vary

International delivery times can vary due to customs and local postal services.
